Happy Yip

Happy Yip holds over 15 years of extensive experience in traffic and transport-related projects across regions including Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. They have contributed to a diverse array of traffic evaluations for public and private sector developments, encompassing regional traffic assessments, transport engineering studies, and temporary traffic management in urban areas. Happy has held various engineering roles, culminating in a senior position where they managed significant public and private sector projects, including public housing and integrated resort developments. They earned a BEng in Civil Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and an MSc in Transport Planning and Engineering from the University of Leeds.
