Helmutt Blumenthal

Helmutt Blumenthal is a Professional Structural Engineer (PrEng) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with a robust background in managing multidisciplinary projects in South Africa. They have contributed to significant projects such as the Kusile and Medupi Power Stations, demonstrating expertise in structural steel and concrete design. Currently serving as the Project Management Lead at AECOM, Helmutt is also the Chair of the SAICE Pretoria Branch and has held multiple leadership roles in engineering organizations. Helmutt holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Stellenbosch University and has previously managed a variety of EPC/Turnkey projects at EPCM Holdings.
