Henry Smart

Henry Smart, PE, is a Professional Engineer licensed in Maryland, the District of Columbia, New York, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Previously, they served as a Project Engineer at Wightman & Associates, Inc., specializing in the design of highways and bridges, and as a Senior Engineer/Project Manager at Tucker, Young, Jackson, Tull, Inc., where they managed civil and structural engineering projects. They have held leadership roles, including Baltimore Branch Manager at Alfred Benesch & Company and Director of Engineering at Somat Engineering Inc. Currently, Henry is the Associate Vice President at AECOM and is pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering at The City University of New York.
