Howard Hill has extensive experience in business development and management, serving in various director roles at AECOM Government Services from 1998 until retirement, where revenue growth exceeded $1 billion. Hill also held leadership positions at AECOM/AGS and AGS AECOM, overseeing bid opportunities and large-scale project development. Prior experience includes project management at Raytheon and serving as a Colonel with the US Army, focusing on armor and comptroller tasks.
