Howard Lyons is an Associate Vice President and Texas/Gulf Coast CEI Leader with over 30 years of experience in the transportation engineering industry, specializing in construction administration and management of infrastructure projects. They have worked with various project stakeholders, including government entities and private organizations, to create consensus on highway project design and construction. Established as a leader in CEI roles at companies such as AECOM and Pape-Dawson Engineers, Howard has also served as a Burnet Area Engineer with the Texas Department of Transportation. Currently, they are continuing their education at Texas A&M University.
