Ian Brown

Ian Brown is a Major Projects Director with 30 years of experience in rail programme management and civil engineering project leadership. They have served as Engineering Manager for major projects including the Neom Spine railway and HS2 Phase 2b design, and held pivotal roles such as Client Coordination Manager for Crossrail. Ian has also worked with AECOM and Maunsell Consultants Asia on significant infrastructure projects, covering rail, highways, and marine works. They hold a BEng (Hons) in Civil and Structural Engineering from Sheffield University and a Master's in Railway Systems Engineering and Integration from the University of Birmingham.
