Isabel Crosby

Isabel Crosby is the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Labor & Employment at AECOM, where they serve as a trusted advisor throughout the employment relationship. With over 15 years of experience, they have previously held the position of Partner at DLA Piper and have knowledge gained from being a Partner at Andrews Kurth LLP and an Associate at both Fisher & Phillips and Bracewell & Giuliani. Isabel is also a recognized author and speaker on employment law topics, including diversity and inclusion, anti-discrimination, and internal investigations. They earned a BA in History from The University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from The University of Texas School of Law.
