James Burdall has extensive experience in pavement design and asset management, currently serving as Technical Director at AECOM since October 2016, overseeing efforts in Roads Asset Management. Prior to this, James held the position of Roads Manager at Connect Plus M25 DBFO from July 2010 to September 2016 and worked as a Pavement & Materials Engineer at Atkins from 2008 to 2010. James began a professional career as a Senior Pavement Engineer at Scott Wilson Pavement Engineering from 2001 to 2008. Educational background includes attendance at Highfields Secondary School in Matlock from 1990 to 1997.
