James Chaffee

James Chaffee is a retired professional with extensive experience in the water sector, having served as a Senior Consultant for AECOM and Jacobs Engineering. They held leadership roles, including Vice President and Director of the North American Water Market Sector at Earth Tech, and were the Immediate Past President of the American Water Works Association. James earned an MBA in Business from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Currently, James enjoys retirement.
