James Sullivan

James Sullivan, PE, is a Vice President at AECOM with extensive experience in planning, program management, design, and construction management of water and wastewater municipal infrastructure. They specialize in wet weather control facilities and alternative project delivery methods, and currently serve as the Project Manager for the South Hartford CSO Tunnel Project. Previously, they worked as a project manager and technical advisor on various significant engineering projects while transferring knowledge as a lead trainer for stormwater planning at Caltrans in California. Sullivan holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UMass Lowell.
