Jan Bierman is a Senior Resident Engineer with 28 years of experience supervising over 900km of road rehabilitation projects, including 14 bridges. Currently employed at AECOM, Jan has also contributed to the education of over 400 delegates through the online course "Getting acquainted with being a Resident Engineer." A founder of Skills Transfer SA (Pty), Jan is dedicated to mentoring site supervision staff in road construction.
