Janet Qu is a System/Functional Safety Expert and RAM Specialist focused on the railway, space robotics, and aerospace industries. With extensive experience in reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety engineering, Janet has navigated complex system safety certification processes across numerous sectors, including railway and aerospace. Currently serving as RAM and Safety Manager at AECOM, Janet previously held key technical roles at organizations such as MDA and Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation, where they led safety initiatives for significant projects including NASA's Lunar Gateway. Janet's ability to develop safety cases and facilitate HAZID workshops has made them a pivotal figure in delivering robust safety solutions while fostering effective communication with customers. Educated at Taiyuan University of Technology in Industrial Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Janet's results-oriented approach and leadership skills have consistently driven project success.
