Jay Zayas

Jay Zayas, R.A., CCM, LEED AP is an experienced program director currently with AECOM, focusing on managing design and construction projects in community infrastructure, disaster recovery, and mitigation programs across the Americas. Previously, Zayas served as a director and contract manager at Markon Solutions, overseeing contract administration and supporting various Department of Justice facilities. Additional roles include construction manager for Fairfax County Public Schools, responsible for a substantial renovation budget, and project manager at URS Corporation on significant projects for GSA and NRC. Zayas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
