Jeff Blass

Jeff Blass, P.E. is currently the H&H/Civil Team Lead for the Dams Group at AECOM, where they manage a team focused on complex analysis and design projects related to dams and hydraulic structures. With extensive experience in dam inspections, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, and various civil engineering projects, they have played significant roles in the design and construction oversight for both new and existing dam facilities. Jeff previously served as a Senior Water Resources Engineer at Century Engineering and held the position of Dams Engineering Project Manager at AECOM prior to their current role. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and two Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland institutions.
