Jeff Jenq, Ph.D., is the Director of Advanced Mobility / TSMO at AECOM. Previously, Jeff served as the Transportation System Management and Operations Program Manager for the Maricopa Association of Governments and held the position of Director of ITS Planning, Operations, and Research at OZ Engineering. Earlier in their career, Jeff managed traffic management center operations as an ITS Engineer for the City of Mesa and contributed significantly to various national transportation initiatives while working at Battelle. Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of Science from Iowa State University.
