Jeff Liu

Jeff Liu is a Senior Structural Engineer with 35 years of internationally acquired experience. They hold a PhD in Structural Mechanics and a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering. Jeff taught as an Associate Professor at the Harbin Institute of Technology in China and led structural teams on significant projects, including a $570 million subway tunnel project in Singapore. Elected as a Chartered Engineer (MIStructE) from 2004 to 2019, Jeff is also recognized as a P Eng in multiple engineering organizations. In addition to their engineering expertise, Jeff is an expert Contract Bridge player and ranked 81st globally in the 2023 Bridge Olympic Esports Tournament.
