Jeffrey Carr

Jeffrey Carr, MBA, PMP, is the Vice President of Operations at Amentum, where they have served since 2015. With a distinguished career spanning 30 years in executive leadership and management within the United States Army, Jeffrey retired as a Colonel and has expertise in program management and logistics. They previously held positions at AECOM and ManTech, overseeing significant business development and program performances. Jeffrey holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and a master's degree in strategic studies from the United States War College. Their credentials also include a Top Secret-SCI security clearance.
