Jeffrey Khouri

Jeffrey Khouri, PE, is a Senior Vice President in Global Ports and Marine at AECOM, where they have worked since 1989. With 30 years of experience, Khouri excels in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex projects for both North American and international clients. Their extensive expertise spans civil, mechanical, electrical, and marine engineering, along with project delivery from design to commissioning. Khouri holds a Master's degree in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering from California State University at Long Beach.
