Jess Yoder

Jess Yoder currently serves as the Regional Business Lead for US West and Canada at AECOM, focusing on enhancing Water PM/CM technical excellence and driving growth within the practice. Prior to this, Jess held several leadership roles at Parsons, providing strategic program controls for a significant water and wastewater initiative in New York City. Jess's foundational experience includes serving as County Engineer and Director of Capital Improvements in Hillsborough County, where management responsibilities encompassed a large-scale Capital Improvements Program, and as City Engineer for the City of Ft Wayne. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering/Construction technology from Purdue University.
