Jihad Maksad

Jihad Maksad is a PMI-certified project manager with 15 years of experience in construction, cost, and project management. They currently serve as a project manager for New Jersey Transit, leading an initiative to electrify a 2,200-bus fleet. Previously, Jihad held roles such as Senior Cost Consultant at AECOM and Program Mechanical Engineer on the Princess Noura University Project in Saudi Arabia. They have demonstrated expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, contracts, and project risks, consistently delivering projects safely and within budget. Jihad also contributed to education as a Course Leader for a Construction Project Management program sponsored by Columbia University.
