Jim Clarke

Jim Clarke is a Senior Project Manager at AECOM, specializing in air quality and meteorological monitoring methods, data collection, and application. Since 2015, they have managed multiple air monitoring networks across the U.S. and oversee the AECOM Austin Air Quality Measurements Group equipment depot, a $2.5MM asset that supports approximately 90 monitoring stations. Prior to AECOM, Jim worked at Radian and URS Corporation in various roles, including Quality Assurance Team Leader and Project Manager, contributing extensively to ambient air quality monitoring initiatives. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
