Jim Marx is currently a semi-retired Project Manager at AECOM, where they have served as the Chief Engineer for Wastewater Treatment Program Management at DC Water since 2010. They oversee AECOM's role in managing the Wastewater Treatment Program at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Connecticut, both completed in the early 1970s.
