Joe Bollert

Joe Bollert is an Assistant General Counsel with over 25 years of experience in construction and public works law. They have held various roles, including serving as Director of the Southwest Museum of the American Indian, where they oversaw a significant FEMA project. Joe has also worked as Vice President of Contracts for Parsons Corporation and is currently a Senior Corporate Counsel at AECOM, managing significant projects such as the I-15 Tolled Express Lanes Project and the Pure Water San Diego projects. They hold a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
