John Adams, P.E., PMP, is a retired member of the Senior Executive Service in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where they concluded a 39 1/2 year federal career as the Director of Programs and Regional Business for the Transatlantic Division. As a senior advisor to the Division Commander, John provided strategic leadership and program management for a significant design and construction program in support of U.S. Central Command. Currently, as the VP and Army Client Account Manager at AECOM, John partners with USACE and other Army clients to deliver essential infrastructure, environmental, and resiliency missions.
