John Gargan

John Gargan is a Transportation Planner at AECOM, where they have worked since 2013, gaining over 15 years of experience in transportation and land use planning. They have contributed to various projects, including corridor- and system-level studies, NEPA compliance, and master planning, while also managing GIS and data tasks.
