John Rosner

John Rosner, P.E. is the Pacific Northwest Ports & Marine Director at AECOM, bringing over 35 years of experience in civil and ocean engineering, design, construction, and public works. Previously, Rosner served in various leadership roles, including as Executive Officer at NAVFAC Northwest and Senior Engineering Manager at Stampede Technical Solutions. With a strong background as a Naval Officer and extensive expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams, Rosner has executed significant projects both domestically and internationally. Rosner holds a Master’s degree in Ocean Engineering from Oregon State University and a Bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy.
