Joseph Huang

Joseph Huang is a Senior Environmental Engineer and Project Manager with extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment infrastructure. Currently, at AECOM since 2013, Joseph leads project teams for municipal water facilities, overseeing significant projects such as the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District's Wastewater Treatment Plant. Previously, from 1996 to 2012, Joseph held a similar position at CDM Smith, where notable achievements included the design of the world's largest ozonation facility in Dallas, TX. Joseph holds dual Master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Environmental Engineering, both from Stanford University.
