Joseph Lee

Joseph Lee is a results-oriented senior executive serving as the Vice President of Procurement and Subcontracts at AECOM since 2017. They direct global procurement activities with a budget of $3.2 billion and focus on enhancing supplier capabilities and integrating supply chain strategies. Previously, Joseph held senior roles at Raytheon, Deloitte and Touche, Fannie Mae, and Unisys, managing significant procurement operations and driving strategic sourcing initiatives. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the East and a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting from The George Washington University School of Business.
