Joseph Quadros is an experienced civil engineer with a career spanning over a decade. Joseph began at Technical Services & Rock Blasting Co LLC (TechRock) from 2004 to 2007, contributing to projects such as Seeb International Airport in Muscat, Oman. From March 2008 to September 2011, Joseph worked at Halcrow, focusing on the Yas Island Development project in Abu Dhabi, UAE, for Aldar Properties.
