Joseph Simenic

Joseph Simenic is an Associate Vice President at AECOM, where they manage the NYCHA Comprehensive Modernization Program. With nearly 20 years of experience in public policy and program management, Joseph has effectively coordinated significant public infrastructure, transportation, and disaster recovery initiatives across the New York City Metropolitan Area. Previous roles have included serving as Executive Director for the Lower Manhattan Construction Command Center and Program Director at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. Joseph holds an MPA in International Security Policy & Management from Columbia University and a B.S. in International Relations from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
