Josh Hale

Josh Hale is currently the Director of Growth for ANZ Water at AECOM, a position held since 2025. Previously, they worked at Jacobs as a Section Leader in Water Resources from 2016 to 2020 and have held various roles including Design Services Contract Manager at Yarra Valley Water and ANZ Regional Solutions Director. Josh has also served as a Senior Aquatic Ecologist and led the Water Market initiatives across multiple regions. They began their career with experience as a Project Officer at Museums Victoria and a Research Assistant at the University of Melbourne. Josh holds a PhD in Molecular Ecology from the University of Melbourne and is currently pursuing two bachelor's degrees in History of Science/Psychology and Genetics.
