Julia Morrow

Julia Morrow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in proposal management, business development, and marketing. Currently serving as a Federal Capture Strategist at AECOM since January 2016, Julia has held various significant roles including Department of Defense Proposal Team Leader and Army Client Account Manager. Prior to AECOM, Julia worked as a Program Manager at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and held managerial positions in business development and operations at AI Engineers Inc., as well as leadership roles in marketing at both Open Space Alliance for North Brooklyn and Jack L. Gordon Architects. Julia began a career in communications as a Creative Assistant and has built a solid foundation with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing from the University of North Texas.
