Justin Turner

Justin Turner is a seasoned Geographic Information System Specialist at AECOM since January 2020, with extensive experience in both military and educational settings. Turner's military service includes roles as a Training Coordinator and SEABEE Supervisor in the US Navy Reserve, overseeing operational readiness and training for Sailors since January 2015. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of West Florida and an intern with Escambia County Emergency Services, where Turner contributed to updating the e-911 database. Turner's naval career spanned nearly a decade, encompassing leadership positions in the maintenance and operation of propulsion systems on various naval vessels. Turner holds a Master's degree in GIS Administration and dual Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Management and Geographic Information Systems from the University of West Florida.
