Kaitlin Osterman

Kaitlin Osterman is a skilled geologist currently employed at AECOM as a Geologist II, progressing from the role of Geologist I since June 2022. Prior experience includes a position as a Climate Mitigation Fellow at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities and an Education Department Intern and Lead Summer Instructor at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, where curriculum development and camp leadership were key responsibilities. Kaitlin has also participated in a community project with MacExplore (Alight), participated as an English Preceptor at Macalester College, and worked in various roles at YMCA and Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks focused on educational and environmental engagement. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Media and Cultural Studies from Macalester College, earned in 2022.
