Karen Britton

Karen Britton is the Director of Operational Strategy for AECOM Europe and India, where they leverage over twenty years of executive experience in the industry. Previously, they held various leadership roles at AECOM, including Chief of Staff for UKI, Chief of Staff for Europe and India, and Head of Future Mobility, managing significant teams and impactful projects across multiple sectors. Additionally, Karen works as an Executive Coach and Business Advisor for Liputa Advisory, guiding senior leaders through business transformations. They also founded the Kumi Foundation, a charity focused on creating equitable global supply chains, particularly in the context of clean energy.
