Kate Dunton

Kate Dunton is the Managing Director of Strategy & Growth for AECOM in the Australia New Zealand region, where they are a key member of the leadership team and executive sponsor for various initiatives, including those focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion. Previously, Kate held several senior marketing roles at KPMG and was the Acting Head of Communications at Blake Dawson, managing large teams and developing integrated marketing strategies. Kate has also gained international experience as a Marketing Manager at Norton Rose Group and KPMG in the UK. Currently, they are pursuing a Grad Diploma of Business in Marketing and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Writing and Editing, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History from the University of Melbourne.
