Katherine Stephens

Katherine Stephens is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for AECOM's Canada Region since March 2007. Over the course of a successful career at AECOM, Katherine has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Director of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed leading process analysis, operational excellence initiatives, and resource management. Prior to AECOM, Katherine gained valuable experience at GE Money and GE in various financial analyst roles. Katherine holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
