Kathy Large

Kathy Large is a highly experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Process and Technology at AECOM since February 2015. In this role, Kathy oversees talent management initiatives for a $19-billion infrastructure firm, supporting a global workforce of architects, engineers, and other professionals across more than 150 countries. Prior to AECOM, Kathy held various positions at URS Corporation, including Talent Development Program Manager and Human Resource Manager, where responsibilities encompassed succession planning, leadership development, and employee coaching. Kathy's earlier experience includes HR training management at CRI Advantage and accounting roles at Hewlett-Packard. Kathy earned a B.A. in Communication from Boise State University.
