Keith Hampson is an Independent Consultant with over 40 years of experience in international construction, specializing in people development, leadership improvement, and successful project delivery. They held significant leadership roles at organizations like AECOM, where they served as Senior VP for Civil Infrastructure and earned the AECOM CEO Award in recognition of their outstanding leadership on the Riyadh Metro Program. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director Rail at Halcrow and Commercial Director at Balfour Beatty Rail. Keith has collaborated with clients on multi-modal transport developments and served on the board for the client’s Program Delivery Partner for the £18.6B Crossrail program in the UK. Currently, they are participating in the Clipper Round the World yacht race, sailing over 10,000 nautical miles from Seattle to Portsmouth, UK.
