Keith Holt is a retired railroad and transit signal engineer with substantial experience in the transportation industry. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Western Kentucky University and have over 42 years of expertise in railroad signaling and train control, including Positive Train Control (PTC).
