Khoh Tio Ching

Khoh Tio Ching is a seasoned professional engineer specializing in civil, geotechnical, and tunneling engineering. They have extensive experience in various aspects of geotechnical design, including earth retaining systems, foundation design, and tunneling work for large-scale infrastructures in Singapore. Currently, Khoh serves as Principal Consultant at OSKEFER Consulting, focusing on failure investigation and root cause analysis, and also operates as Founder and Director at Engineers 717 Pte. Ltd., providing comprehensive engineering services. Previously, they held significant roles at AECOM, WSP, and the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, contributing to high-profile projects such as the Changi East Development. Khoh holds both a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and the National University of Singapore.
