Kirk R.

Kirk R. is currently the Pacific Northwest Cultural Resources Lead at AECOM and has served as a Senior Architectural Historian since 2012. They have contributed significantly to the field through various roles, including as an author of *I'm Goin' Down County: An Architectural Journey Through St. Mary's County, Maryland* in 2010, and as an Assistant Adjunct Professor at the University of Oregon since 2006. Kirk also held positions with the State of Oregon's Historic Preservation Office from 2003 to 2006 and worked with several other organizations in architectural history and preservation. They earned a Ph.D. in Urban Affairs and Public Policy from the University of Delaware in 2006, along with a MA in the same field specializing in Historic Preservation.
