Lael Holton

Lael Holton, AICP, PMP, is currently an Associate Vice President and Program Management Advisor at AECOM, specializing in water resources and disaster recovery. With a background in long-range planning, Lael previously served as the Manager of Long Range Planning for the City/Parish of Baton Rouge from 2008 to 2015. They hold a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from the University of South Florida. Lael is passionate about integrating hazard mitigation and resilience into community planning, continuously evolving their skills to better serve communities.
