Laura Taylor

Laura Taylor is currently the Head of Internal Communications for Europe and India at AECOM, bringing over a decade of experience in internal communications. Previously, Laura served as the Communications and Engagement Lead for EY's UK&I Consulting Service Line, overseeing a small team and collaborating with senior leaders to implement multichannel communications strategies. Laura's career also includes roles at Quanta Training Ltd, Hettle Andrews & Associates, and Shakespeare Martineau, where they developed marketing and communication strategies. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Chester and a distinction in Hospitality and Business Management from the University of Central Florida.
