Leanne Verwey

Leanne Verwey is a seasoned Human Factors Consultant with extensive experience in human factors engineering, research, and education. Currently employed at Kinneir Dufort since September 2022, Verwey previously held positions at THAY Medical Ltd as a Human Factors Engineer and TRL as a Human Factors Researcher, focusing on qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder engagement, and human-machine interaction. In the earlier role at BALDESAN RESEARCH LTD, Verwey contributed to audience descriptions through literature research. An accomplished educator, Verwey taught psychology, sociology, biology, health studies, and criminology at SS&L, while also serving as a Mental Health Mentor at Randstad. Verwey holds an MSc in Ergonomics from the University of Derby and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pretoria, along with various certifications and educational experiences spanning multiple institutions.
