Loretta Markham

Loretta Markham currently serves as the US West Transit and Rail Planning Lead and Senior Transportation Project Manager at AECOM since January 2021. Prior to this role, Loretta held the position of Senior Project Manager at Jacobs from March 2016 to January 2021 and worked as a Project Manager focused on NEPA at H.W. Lochner from April 2008 to January 2021. Loretta also served as a NEPA Project Manager at VDOT from March 2002 to March 2008. Loretta earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Conservation Biology from Brigham Young University between 1992 and 1996.
