Louise Morcom

Louise Morcom is a Principal Stakeholder Engagement Consultant at AECOM, where they provide clients with strategic advice on communications and engagement strategies for major infrastructure projects. With extensive experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, they have worked across various project lifecycles including TCPA, DCO, and NSIP proposals. Previously, Louise held roles at Reading Agricultural Consultants and KERNON Countryside Consultants, contributing to agricultural assessments and planning projects. They also gained valuable customer service skills while working as Mixed Fleet Cabin Crew for British Airways, where they traveled extensively. Louise holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Management from the Royal Agricultural University and a Master's in Aviation Management from University College Birmingham.
