Luke Bland is a Principal Flood Risk Consultant with over 9.5 years of experience in the water industry. A chartered professional (C.WEM), Luke’s expertise includes flood risk assessments, permitting, and due diligence, as well as surface water quality assessments and environmental impact assessments. Luke has worked with various clients across the UK, including public and private sectors, on diverse development types such as rail, highways, and commercial infrastructure. Luke earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Northumbria University, graduating with second-class honors. Currently, Luke serves as a Principal Consultant at AECOM.
