Manav Kumar is the General Counsel, Corporate & Global Head of Public Affairs at AECOM, a position held since 2025, following a tenure as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Counsel to the Mayor of Los Angeles and working with various law firms and government entities, such as Arnold & Porter LLP and the United States Senate.
