Marcus Brown

Marcus Brown is a Senior Rail Civil Engineer at AECOM, where they have been working since 2022. With three years of experience in engineering, Marcus primarily contributed to the HS2 project as part of a multi-disciplinary design team. Previously, they held the role of Assistant Project Manager at Colas Rail, overseeing a platform extension project and ensuring safety and efficiency on site. Marcus began their career with an engineering placement at JBA Consulting, providing support to both fluvial and coastal engineering teams. They earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth in 2017.
